2009 Tournament
The 2nd Annual North Bonneville Disc Golf Tournament will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2009. We’ll have great t-shirts for all competitors, free soft drinks and water on the course and some of the coolest trophies in the disc golfing world.
The tournament is a low-key, fun and friendly event for disc golfers of all abilities. There are a few people who will be looking to lower the course record but most of the golfers will be there to enjoy the great golf course
We’ve moved a few of the holes around since last year to make it more interesting; the trees, blackberry brambles and the ever present Columbia Gorge wind are still here to make the course a challenge to any disc golfer.
And this year, in addition to the delicious post-tournament barbeque provided by our sponsor A&J Market, we’ll have a Walking Man beer garden! It doesn’t get much better than that.

I had a lot of fun last year. Can’t play this year because it conflicts with a PDGA event. Try to avoid similar schedule conflicts in the future so we can play!
Thanks for the feedback, Stuart, & good luck in the RCO this weekend. Our tourney is held in conjunction with North Bonneville’s Gorge Days event which locks us in to a specific date. We plan to hold several tourneys next year in order to have more flexibility in scheduling. Keep an eye on our website for updates.
Yes, a beer garden at each tourney would be nice. Sorry, I will miss the good beer too..
Hey, this event was a blast! Thank you. Definitely have to make next years. Wow, the misty mountainside was awesome. Very glad to have finished before the rain came too. Thanks to all tournament staff, volunteers and beer-n-food stands. Great job everbody!

I was so happy to see all you guys and gals out on my home course. The food was great, the beer was great and the weather was pertect but the very best was the players and staff.
I saw a lot of smiles and heard a lot of laughs and saw some great Disc Golfing.
I hope to see a posting on this site of just how many of us there was and maybe the results.
Dwayne (my son) took second in the pretty good division. I wonder how long I’ll have to hear about that! Oh well, I’m still very proud of him. He has polished his trophy a couple of times already. They do look great. Wish I had one!!!!!
Thank you to Kevin for getting me back my lost Sidewinder (lost over six months), Thanks to Josh for finding my lost Destroyer (lost over four months) and Thanks to Carl (Shorty) for giving me that Champion Valkrie that my son has been begging for about a year.
I would like to Thank each Tournament staff member by name but I seem to always leave someone out and I don’t wish to make that mistake so I’m going to repeat Jeremy’s fine words. Thanks to all tournament staff, volunteers and beer-n-food stands. Great job everyone!
